Here at Impact Fitness and Nutrition, we will coach you on proper eating, the principles of good nutrition and food preparation, and essential nutrients needed by the body and their recommended amounts. We'll look at the big picture and hone in on small changes that will create the biggest impact on your goals, thus giving you the confidence you need to adhere and continue forward. Our goal is to educate, encourage, and provide you with the support needed to overcome any challenges.

We will listen and guide you as you ultimately develop a sustainable, lifestyle-based approach to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time. We recognize that no two people are alike. Who is this for?
Women who want a long-term, realistic, sustainable solution to a strained relationship with food, their bodies, and/or their health. This coaching approach provides specific, strategic practices and a simplified education in nutrition basics along with regular feedback to that will help keep clients consistent and make eating well for a lifetime become second nature.

Initial assessment of health, habits and goals.

Personalized quick start guide that will cover portion sizes, what to shop for, meal prep and much more.

Comprehensive, 12-month, habit-based nutrition education and coaching via online platform accessible from any mobile device or computer.

New nutrition and health-related habit focus every 2 weeks.

Daily lessons related to current habit. Lessons take 5-10 minutes to read. Audio versions are also available so you can easily listen in your car on your commute to work.

Separate curriculum for women only.

1:1 coaching where we will walk side by side with your progress while providing guidance, support and accountability.
