Krystin Weiss, NDTR, CPT
Nutrition and Dietetic Technician, Registered
ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Management Specialist
Group Fitness Instructor
My purpose in life is to help others become healthier through fitness and nutrition. My motivation for doing this is that fact that I lost my parents too young. They lived sedentary lifestyles, ate unhealthy, and smoked. This combination led to cancer and a very tragic ending. I miss my parents EVERY SINGLE DAY and wish I could call them on the phone and ask for advice, celebrate birthdays, or just chat about current events or the latest series on Netflix. I get sad and sometimes even angry that they didn't take care of their bodies and died too soon. I don't want others to experience what I personally deal with, so I'm on a mission. My passion, from my own experience, is delivered into every single client I coach and train.
I have been in the fitness and nutrition industry for over 20 years. I am a nutrition specialist and hold an Associates Degree in Dietetics and am registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am also certified as a group fitness instructor for Les Mills in BodyPump and RPM. I love love love to learn and continue my education by staying abreast with the latest fitness and nutrition trends. I recently obtained certification as a Weight Management Specialist through ACE, and am currently pursing certification in sports and exercise nutrition through Precision Nutrition and am a ProCoach Coach.

Extensive experience in nutrition coaching for the healthy population, personally training clients in 1:1 and small group settings, and teaching numerous group fitness classes has enabled me to transform lives, for the better.
Shortly after my father was diagnosed with cancer, I took up and developed a love for running which transformed into a desire to help others become runners too. I began volunteering my time and expertise by forming and coaching running groups over the past several summers in my neighborhood. I've coached many to run their first 5k through a couch to 5k program. Many have continued their journey by running half and full marathons. Some even aspire to compete triathlons! It is so encouraging and inspiring to receive updates about their successes.

I reside in Cumming, Georgia with my husband and best freind, Darrin, and my two children. Besides staying fit and eating healthy, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading, listening to music, and serving at the local church.
